Mailers & postcards are similar to brochures except that they are each, in general, a single or
double-sided piece (as opposed to a folded piece) that gives a quick bit of information about your
company and possibly a current promotion. These can be good, quick mail-outs to clients that have
signed up for information, are in your database or if you are targeting prospective clients in a certain
geographical area. They are usually branded similarly to your existing collateral (marketing collateral
is the collection of media used to support the sales of a product or service. These sales aids are
intended to make the sales effort easier and more effective. The brand of the company usually
presents itself by way of its collateral to enhance its brand).
